
How to exhibit
Applications for 2026 are now open.
Application forms received after 1st July will not be accepted.
Please note that submitting an application form does not guarantee an entry however our stewards will do their best to accommodate your exhibit.

Stallholders
If you are interested in having a stall at this year’s show, please email helenghsr@hotmail.com
Food stalls: If you are interested in having a food stall at this year’s show, please email grahamghsr@btinternet.com.
Wristbands
All exhibitors and stallholders will receive wristbands – these will be despatched in August/September. Your wristbands must be worn on arrival and at all times when on site. Those without wristbands (over the age of 8) will be charged the daily rate (see our tickets page for pricing.)
Arrival on site
All exhibitors and stallholders should enter the site using Gate E – this is clearly marked from the A12. Arrival times are 10am to 7pm on Thursday 17 September or 7.30am to 7.00pm on Friday 18 September, and from 7.30am on the days of the show. Arrivals outside of these times will be directed to the holding area until the correct time.
Stallholders – please report to the show office on arrival. Exhibitors – please report to your steward.
You are requested not to leave the site before 4pm on Sunday 20 September and you must vacate the site by 10am on Monday 21 September.

Stallholder payments
Upon completion of your form, you will need to submit payment for your stall.
You can pay your stallholder fee either:
1) by internet banking using the following information:

2) by sending a cheque in the post with your completed entry form. Cheques should be made out to Henham Steam Rally Events Ltd.
