The Henham Steam & Country Show is organised by Henham Steam Rally Events Ltd which raises funds for the charity Henham Steam Rally Ltd (charity no. 1107330). The charity has several beneficiaries; Wangford Community Council, Blyth Valley Rotary and the Parochial Church Councils of Sotherton, Uggeshall and Wangford-cum-Henham.

In previous years, the event has supported; Apollo Youth Centre, Halesworth Dementia Carers Fund, Hemsby Lifeboat and Inshore Rescue Service, Suffolk Accident and Rescue Service (SARS), Norfolk and Waveney Mind, the Pear Tree Fund, Sole Bay Care Fund, Beccles Army Cadets, Livability Icanho, Blossom Appeal, Frostenden and South Cove Village Hall, Farming Community Network (via Lowestoft and Waveney Samaritans), Beccles 3rd Brownies & Girlguiding Group, UK Sepsis Trust, East Anglian Air Ambulance, Wrentham Community First Responders, SERV Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, Southwold LIfeboat, Clinks Care Farm, Halesworth Community Nursing Care Fund, the Sandra Chapman Centre at the James Paget University Hospital, St Elizabeth Hospice, the Sole Bay Care Fund, Alzheimer’s Society and the National Trust’s Dunwich Heath and Beach.
